This blog is about me trying desperately (dramatic huh?!?) to have a baby - and trying it is! You read about women falling pregnant at 50, or by accident, but you don't realise even for couples where everything is normal it can still take up to a year - a year of being dissappointed everytime you get your period, where you super-analyse every little twinge or odd feeling as it could be a symptom of pregnancy. And there's not a guaranteed result, it's not like you know at the end of three months you'll be pregnant.
I'm doing that now, the TWW (Two Week Wait), waiting for d-day Saturday, when hopefully I'm waiting for something this month...

The week that was
Hubby and I had a pretty good week, he's still on holidays (gotta love the 12 weeks a year!) so it's great having him home - he's due for long service leavbe so I need to hurry up and have a bub so he can take it!
We had our wedding anniversary on Tuesday, 2 wonderful years! Went down south, I'm actually pretty over wine country being that I don't drink but he loves it... Although lunch was lovely AND we spent all day together relaxing, which was lovely. We spent the afternoon looking at shops and I picked out all sorts of cute things for bubs - she just needs to get here now :-)
Not much else, tutoring for a girl starting year 3 this year - it went really well, good start when she told her mum as I got out of the car she thought I looked nice! Lots of videos - watching season 3 of Heroes at the moment.

This is my first ever blog, so I hope I don't screw it up!
My GP, hubby and everyone else told me to start writing down my thoughts, so here they are. Sorry if most of them are a little 'poor me', hubby and I started TTC (trying to concieve) in May last year and fell pregnant in the first month - only to lose bubs - Bambi - at about 10 weeks, and since then tried unsuccessfuly to fall pregnant month after month.
